Biennial General Meeting: Niagara Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake Federal Liberal Riding Association

🎯 Main Purpose

The primary objective of this meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 term. A key priority for the incoming board will be preparing for the next federal election, anticipated in 2029 (or potentially earlier).

📋 Board Positions up for Election

• Chair

• Vice-Chair

• Secretary

• Organization Chair

• Policy Chair

• Directors-at-Large (6 positions available)

Note: The Treasurer and Fundraising Chair positions are appointed by the Board of Directors following the meeting and serve as non-voting members.

🔐 Participation & Voting Eligibility

• Run for office: If you are motivated to shape the future of our riding, we strongly encourage you to put your name forward! Prospective board members must be registered Liberals and either a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.

• Vote at the meeting: To cast a vote, you must be a registered Liberal at least 7 days prior to the meeting date.
